At US Wildling Shoes, we want your feet to feel free and comfortable; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the initial sustainable packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original Wildling shipping box.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned footwear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
